Extend the life of your extensions

Proper care goes a long way to extend the life and look of synthetic extensions. Always ask your stylist for specific washing and maintenance instructions, as different weaves or braids will determine proper care.  As a rule, synthetic hair should always be washed in cool to lukewarm water with a mild shampoo, followed with conditioner if you wish, then rinsed in cool water. Never rub or massage the hair -- rather than towel dry the hair, drape a towel around your shoulders and allow hair to hang and air dry. Don't brush or comb when wet.
